Text of the agreement
This Agreement is made and effective as of February 20, 2025, (hereinafter “Effective Date”), by and between Tabancontrol, a corporation of the state of Tehran, Iran, having a principal place of business at Address of Taban Precision Control Company: Iran, Tehran, Ferdowsi Square, Shahid Sepahbad Qorani St., corner of y Shadab Alley, Niko Building, 2nd Floor, Unit 5 (hereinafter “Tabancontrol”), an Ginstrument Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Supplier”), specifying the terms and conditions of the Tabancontro Ltd Supplier Agreement, (hereinafter “Agreement”), of Tabancontrol.
